Scope of Services. Through this Site, CNS LEGACY SERVICES markets and arranges Commercial Pressure Washing, Deck Cleaning Service, Driveway Pressure Washing, Gutter Washing, House Exterior Washing, Patio Pressure Washing. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to CNS LEGACY SERVICES and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CNS LEGACY SERVICES's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid CNS LEGACY SERVICES in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify CNS LEGACY SERVICES against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under TX law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in TX for any related dispute.
